How we use information

We use information to provide and secure Rental Portal, authenticate users, process requested workflows, support customers, prevent abuse, communicate about the service, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, payments, email, and support providers that help us deliver the service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the service, contractual commitments, security, and legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. An organization administrator may control records managed on behalf of its residents or staff.
