We collect account and contact details, organization and property data, records submitted through the product, demo-request details, and basic device, security, and usage information needed to operate the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure Rental Portal, authenticate users, process requested workflows, support customers, prevent abuse, communicate about the service, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing and service providers

Information may be processed by infrastructure, authentication, payments, email, and support providers that help us deliver the service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users. We do not sell personal information.

Optional website analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand visits to our public website and signup page, referral sources, device categories, sections visible on screen, scroll depth, key link clicks, and demo or signup progress. These measurements help improve our website. They do not tell us what a visitor is thinking or whether they read a section. Google processes analytics events and browser identifiers on our behalf. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses, passwords, private rental records, or payment details through this integration. We exclude authenticated dashboards, tenant portals, and payment screens. Advertising personalization, session recordings, and heatmaps are not enabled by this integration.

Analytics is optional and is not loaded until you accept. Choose Decline analytics to use the site without it. You can reopen Cookie preferences on public pages to withdraw consent; this stops future collection and removes this integration’s analytics cookies from your browser. Your choice is saved in this browser. Previously collected data is not erased by changing this choice. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the service, contractual commitments, security, and legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. An organization administrator may control records managed on behalf of its residents or staff.
